1. Booking

Booking our activities can be done online, by phone, WhatsApp, or directly on-site.
Your booking will be confirmed after our approval and, in some cases, after payment of a deposit.

2. Prices

Our prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) or euros (€).

They generally include a guide and all necessary equipment.

Transfers, meals, or additional options may be charged extra (depending on the activity).

3. Payment

Payment can be made:

In cash

By bank transfer

Or online (if available)

A deposit may be required to guarantee your booking.

4. Cancellation & Modification

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise:

Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: full refund

Between 24 and 48 hours: 50% refund

Less than 24 hours or no-show: no refund

In case of adverse weather or exceptional conditions, we offer either a postponement or a refund.

5. Participation in Activities

To fully enjoy your experience, we ask that you:

Be in good physical condition

Respect safety guidelines

Follow the instructions of our guides

Some activities may be limited depending on age or physical condition.
For safety reasons, motorized activities are not accessible to pregnant women.

6. Responsibility

Our activities take place in a natural setting and involve an element of adventure.
Each participant is responsible for their own behavior and must respect the safety rules.

7. Insurance

We have liability insurance.

We strongly recommend that you take out personal travel insurance for optimal protection.

8. Respect for the Environment

We attach great importance to the preservation of nature:
please respect the environment and the animals, and leave no trace.

9. Delays

In case of delay, the duration of the activity may be reduced.
A significant delay may result in the cancellation of the reservation without refund.

10. Acceptance

All reservations imply acceptance of these conditions.
